About Our Shop
El Charro Taco Carts has been building custom vending equipment in Los Angeles since 2002. Every cart is built in our shop.
We work in stainless steel — griddles, steamers, convex comals, al pastor trompos, salsa stations, propane holders and the frames that carry them. Paint is part of the job. We also remodel carts you already own.
At El Charro Taco Carts, our people are our greatest asset. Our team knows this equipment inside and out, and they're dedicated to giving you the personal attention you deserve.
We've done custom cart work for partners like Caesars Palace, but most of our customers are independent vendors here in L.A. Everybody gets the same work.
